Nick Nekoo is a Los Angeles real estate broker, licensed since 2002, and a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist. Much of his practice is devoted to transactions where the property is only one part of a much larger life event.
Background
An engineer's discipline
Before real estate, Nick worked as a Lead Systems Engineer at a Fortune 50 company. That background shaped how he works: understand the problem, anticipate what can go wrong, make a clear plan, and manage the details from beginning to end.
He co-founded and led RE/MAX Showcase as managing partner, coached and trained real estate agents for years, and today leads Prestige Beverly Hills as broker.
He has represented homeowners, families, investors and fiduciaries in residential, commercial and investment transactions, including probate, trust and divorce sales.
Nick moved to Los Angeles at 22 and built his career and life here. He is fluent in Farsi and welcomes working with families in the language they're most comfortable in.
